2. Others : Collection of recruit information

The Company shall dispose of relevant information without exception immediately after the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved.

In principle, the Company shall dispose of relevant information immediately when the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved.

The Company shall not disclose personal information externally in principle except the following case.
① In case the investigation agency requires it according to provisions of law and regulation or the procedure and method stipulated by law and regulation.

The Company shall not consign customer’s information to other parties without a customer’s consent. In case the circumstance requires doing so, the Company will inform a customer of such consignee and consignment, and get a customer’s prior consent, if required.

The user or its legal agent may inquire or amend personal information of the user or its corresponding children below 14 registered at any time. The user or its legal agent may read and amend personal information of user or children below 14 by itself after it has gone through the identification procedure (P/W check). The user or its legal agent may erase personal information immediately when it requests a personal information manager for erasure by letter, phone or e-mail. In case a user requires renewal of errors in personal information, such personal information shall not be used until renewal is done.
