LFIM (Low pressure physical microcellular Foam Injection molding Machine)
Dissolve inert gas (N2, CO2, etc.) under low pressure (10Mpa) in a molten resin,
inject it into mold cavity, and utilize the microblasting of gas.
There is no need for special high-pressure devices applied to the
Kia zone + mixing zone through the open supply hole, and the foam cell size
is adjusted to the state of hunger set as a political supply without adjusting it to
the gas injection amount. Gas pressure is used below 10 Mpa to maintain confidentiality in the barrell and
the firing rate can be adjusted simply by injection.
Cost reduction by reducing resin usage
Lightening of molded products by reducing resin
Quality improvement of injection molding
